Dinners alternate between exquisite gourmet meals served by candle light at beautifully appointed tables in the restaurant overlooking the Bazaruto Archipelago and the last golden rays of the sun in the blue ocean, inviting buffets around the illuminated pool and casual evening barbecues served beneath the stars in the lodge's outdoor eating area on the beach. Various tempting dishes and salads make up the luncheon buffets - unless you choose to go Robinson Crusoe-style and enjoy a picnic on the beach of one of the small and untouched tropical islands of the Vilanculos Coastal Wildlife Sanctuary.
Cool refreshments are available at the bar and the pool area during the day.
