Acceptance
The agreement is binding for both parties upon payment to Nyati Beach Lodge where customers confirm that they have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions relating to the trip stated orally, in writing by Nyati Beach Lodge. Forenames and surnames are to be stated in exactly the same form as in the traveller's passport. Nyati Beach Lodge cannot guarantee that places will be available for the products offered until it has received confirmation from its suppliers and collaboration partners.
Prices
The price of the holiday covers the services stated in the price list and program. All taxes and charges will be included in the price of the trip, except for 1. an airport tax per person, which Mozambique imposes on travellers upon arrival in order to issue a tourist visa and 2. a tax payment when traveling via hleicopter to the lodge.
The airport taxes can only be paid in cash on the spot upon arriving in Vilanculos airport. Nyati has no influence over this and is therefore not liable for any unpublished or amended taxes payable at the airport.
Taxes
Please note that Visa & airport tax (USD 32,-per person) must be paid locally in cash to the Airport Officials upon arriving in Vilanculos Airport.
When flying with Pelican airline, a $3 Security tax will be payable on all departures from Vilanculos.
Transfers
Round-trip (back & forth) airport transfer from Vilanculos Airport to Beach Lodge is arranged at USD 390,-/person (return) by helicopter, and USD 240,-/person (return) (min 4 people) by boat.
$750,- Return Boat transfer if less than 4 people per trip.
